How to Register As A Parishioner
St. Mary’s welcomes you to its parish family at any time. Formal registration at the parish entitles you to:
Maintenance of formal sacramental records.
Tracking of contributions for tax purposes.
Documentation of attendance and parish participation, for use in obtaining letters of recommendation for roles such as godparent and confirmation sponsor.
Access to quarterly newsletters, communications from the pastor and email regarding ministry activities and events.
Priority placement for St. Mary’s Elementary School registration.
Reduced tuition for the St. Mary’s Religious Education program.
Registration may be completed in any of the following ways:
1. In Person
Visit us at the rectory between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. We will assist you in completing a registration form and answer your questions regarding your faith life at St. Mary’s.
2. Online
Complete this form and return it to the St. Mary’s Rectory at your convenience.
3. By Phone
Request a registration form by calling us at (716) 683-6445. We will mail the appropriate paperwork, which may be completed and returned at your convenience.
